If you are not completely happy with your SOS clutch bag, you may return it within 7 days from receipt of order to receive a store credit for the paid value or equal paid value exchange. Products must be returned intact and undamaged to receive a store credit. An email confirmation will be issued once the exchange process has been completed.

Warranties

We provide a six-month manufacturing warranty on all SOS products. Misuse use of goods with any avoidable damage will void the warranty. 

Refund

If its deemed, within 6 months from initial purchase, that your SOS piece is faulty due to a manufacturing default a refund will be issued.

We do not provide refunds for incorrect selection or a change of mind. We do not issue a refund or exchange on items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price. All sale / discount items purchased are final.

Leather properties

The leather and cowhides used in the construction of SOS clutches are a natural product and as a result each piece is unique and may come with natural imperfections. No two clutches will be the same and some may have slight natural markings and character that should not be considered a fault.

Product colours:

Due to differing colour display settings on phones, tablets and computers, we cannot guarantee that there will be an exact colour match between what you see on your screen and what you receive. We will always endeavour to ensure that what is displayed online is as close to the products actual colour as possible.

Postage

You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless you are returning your product due to a manufacturing default.

We strongly recommend that you choose a trackable delivery service for your return
